We understand that you might be experiencing intermittent video lag during heavy network utilisation hours between 10 p.m. to 2 a.m.
We are working with our network colleagues to monitor and resolve the buffering issues when watching videos from IVLE - Multimedia.
You are advised to view multimedia content during non-peak hours, if possible.
We are all nightowls when it comes to studying, plus the voice of my lecturers really help cure my insomnia.
