My desk is my new happy place!
I've spent the last 4 days cleaning and rearranging my husband's "home office" to accomodate a second desk. We bought a larger desk for him and I inherited his old desk, with a new computer. Finally no more netbook on the dining room table, I have a real computer again.
My desk was looking pretty boring until I got the cutest present (evar!) in the mail this afternoon. batstalker made me standing figures of Jason, Roy, Dick and Tim. Right now I have them protected under a frame because my pre-school aged nephew is often poorly supervised by my brother-in-law and my husband when he visits. If he chewed them or fed them to my dog I'd probably beat the kid. He can play with the discowing figure instead.
