Is it possible to combine a prompt and one of the Winter Challenge prompts?

I have an idea to combine at least one prompt ('The Gang', to be specific) from my current claim with one of these, but I wasn't 100% sure if that would count.

Yes, absolutely! If you want to use a prompt from your claim table AND a prompt or 3 from this challenge, by all means do. :D I'm all about double credit.
