I just couldn't help it. I imagined this being either pre-SII or Post SII/During SIII/Pre-SIV. In addition Kal-El wants to tell his version of this story (so I guess they shared a dream somehow) but I get the feeling his is going to be much harder (no pun intended) because he's going to be hopping viewpoints between Clark and Superman multiple times (hence identity crisis).
I could also imagine a second follow up (which wouldn't really be erotic) where Lois goes back through her journal and tries to figure out what the dream means (and then come to the realization that she's put two and two together and got Kal-El).
