[Tim sits down near Tamas] Everything all right, Tamas?

[Tamas looks up at him with bleak eyes.] I did something bad. I don't... I'm afraid what I might turn because of it. [He looks down at his hands, tearing up again.] I can't become the monster again.

[Tim reaches out to put a hand on Tamas' shoulder] Do you want to talk about it?

Can I? [Tamas leans into his touch, grateful for the support. He understands that Demon understands about the dark stuff.] I...I did something I promise wouldn't do. Something... something dangerous.

[He swallows hard.] I entered Tim's mind without his permission.

[He crouches, slowly, near to him. He's not sure Tamas will want him touching him... after how he'd behaved, but he tucks his legs under himself and settles.] No?

[Tamas looks up at his brother with scared eyes. They haven't spoken since... since he... he sobs softly.] I don't want to become the monster he made me. I'm afraid, Tim.

[He gives his brother a soft, worried smile and slowly eases into wrapping his arms around him, giving Tamas ample room to pull away if he wants to. There should be shirt in the way, there's not skin-to-skin to make things worse.] You won't be. I know you won't be. Because you're afraid... and you regret. You'll be you. You'll be my packmate, my brother, and my friend. I have no doubt.

[He blinks back tears at Tim's words.] I'm so, so sorry, Tim. I promised you I'd never.... [He hiccups a sob.]

Kon drops down beside him and holds out an arm, offering a hug, or any sort of contact if he'd like. "Why's that?"

[Tamas hesitates a moment before burying himself in Kon's arms. He'll smell of wolf when he goes home and will have to explain himself to Jason but he needs the connection right now.]

[It takes him a while to speak, his face crushes into Kon's jacket.] I did something I shouldn't have, something dangerous. I did to to protect someone I love but I still crossed a line.

He rubs Tamas' back soothingly and lets him take as much time as he needs to speak. "Should and shouldn't can be tricky when it comes to protecting the people we love. What happened?"

[She says nothing right away, just sits down next to him with her arms open to hold him.]

[Tamas hesitates a moment before curling up in her arms, hiding his face in her jacket.]

[Max wraps her arms around him securely, comfortingly, and rocks him gently. After a few minutes;] What's got you upset, babe?

I did something bad, Max. I broke a promise. I don't... I don't know what that makes me.

Hawke pulls Tamas' head into his lap and pets his hair. "You will always be my little flower."

[god_in_green]

[Tamas sniffs and rests his head on Hawke's thigh. He closes his eyes, letting his friend's presence soothe him.] You... you'd tell me... if you could see darkness in me? Wouldn't you? You'd stop me if... if something went wrong?

"I would tell you, but I see no such thing. You are as bright and lovely as always."

[god_in_green]

[He breathes out a sigh of relief. Hawke has always been the mirror he needed to be sure he's safe and not descending into the darkness that brought him here.] I scared, Hawke. The stronger I get, the more in-tune with my powers, the more afraid I am. There's so much darkness and feel like if I slip, even for a moment, I could lose everything.
