1 - Kitten

[Tiny black kitten freezes, let's out a frightened little squeak and stares]

[Tiny gray fluffball stares right back at you. Her sentiments exactly.]

[He sniffs at her a little nervously, awkwardly stepping around and making another nervous squeak.] N-nyah...

[This kitten is unusually quiet, but steps closer, giving her nose a chance to work, too. Familiar, friend...

She mewls comfortingly and a little purr escapes. ...Where did that come from?! Emotions are hard to hide as animals. :| ]

[He purrs softly in response to hers and settles down, feeling a bit less panicky when he realises he has a friend with him.]

[His purring seems to feed her own and soon she lies down, cuddling up to him.]

[He nuzzles a little, running mostly on kitten instincts, continuing to purr loudly, funny how loud for such a small little animal.]

[She returns the nuzzle with a headbutt, running on those same kitten instincts. Kitten instincts demand cuddles right now and motor-engine purrs! Adventures to come afterwards.]

[Cuddles and purrs seem to be the agreed upon reaction, for kitten instincts. Adventure later seems like a good plan too]

[After half an hour or so, something fluttery catches Max's attention from the corner of her eye. She pops her head up in alert curiousity as a butterfly comes further into their view.]

[He looks where she looks, watching the butterfly for a moment before wobbling awkwardly to his feet and hopping after it, stumbling a little.]

[Standing, she follows in her own excited kitten chase, tail too short to properly flick her anticipation.]
