Medical log, encrypted confidential and private
- The following personnel were transformed to children of varying ages due to a transporter malfunction.

○ Commander Spock (science_blues)
○ Commander Ephram Green (ephram_green)
○ Lieutenant Commander Leonard McCoy (dctr_mccoy)
○ Dr Julian Bashir (doctor_julian)
○ Ensign Pavel ("Pasha") Chekov (mr_chekov)
Each child was examined by medical personnel and found to be in good health. Tests upon their return to adulthood show no changes or abnormalities. These individuals will continue to be monitored, as a safety precaution.
- Two crew members from the alternate universe sometimes designated 'prime', Captain Jim Kirk (original_fine) and FO Spock (sehlatbear) were transformed to females. Physical exam performed by my counterpart, Doctor McCoy found no abnormalities. They remain females as the transporter issue is being examined.

- Prior to transformation, the Romulan grief tattoos were successfully removed from Captain Kirk's face, back, and arm. The procedure took three days; there were no complications.
- Inoculations are almost completed (98% compliance). Head nurse Chapel will be responsible for the follow up on the last of the stragglers, coordinating lists with Yeoman Kirk.
- Starfleet has sent the annual training vignettes for crew to review. All crew must pass the quiz with a 70% correct before being eligible for promotion and/or raises during their performance review.
There were a couple other little things he needed to finish. Bones collected all the data from Jim's exam when he was a child - small, underweight with several broken bones. It in of itself didn't say anything, but coupled with what Bones knew about Jim's past, about Frank - well, no one needed to know, he told himself as he added it to the captain's confidential medical file. Two people could get into Kirk's 'real' medical records, and one of them was Bones.
Speaking of real medical files... Bones pulled up the dummy medical record he'd begun for John Grimm. The conversation with Tina had reminded him that even though he shared the secret, the chances of it coming up again would lessen if the other man had his fake medical record update and clean. No one would bother him, Bones hoped, adding some dummy dates and fake inoculation information.
One last check on his messages and he found two things that caught his immediate attention.
First was a message from Jocelyn. Half-worried, he opened the message, then relaxed a fraction. Bones smiled at the picture first and proceeded to read the letter. There was something from the lawyers -great, Bones loved lawyers- and with a familiar frown he reviewed all the paperwork. Yeah, it looked okay, and without much real thought he attached his encoded digital signature and returned the paperwork.
Ten years... that was a little surprise, but yeah. It would have been ten years in January. A lifetime ago.
Speaking of lifetimes... the lj post from George really worried him. They had just talked the previous day, and somehow things had all gone to hell that fast. Tapping a response, he wondered if anyone wanted to get together that evening for some commiseration and company.
And alcohol.
If there was one thing Leonard knew about being dumped, it was that at times like this a man needed some friends around, so he typed out a quick message to the guys that he thought would help.
Hesitating, he added Sam's name to the message and hit SEND.
Fuck it, it was all going to have get settled sooner or later.
