You want to send out a memo about that? If it's too much, I can take care of it, you know, when I'm not saving lives or anything.
Don't schedule for John Grimm, leave him to me.
Also, you still got that tribble? Someone told me there were two on-board, but I've only got paperwork for one. Look into that for me, will you?

It's that time - I'm requiring all crew members to report to the sickbay before the 2259.30 so that we can ensure that they're up-to-date on vaccinations. Most people received general hypos before leaving Earth earlier this year, but we've already run into a few illnesses picked up on Risa that were not included in the standard vac, so we're going to include those for this year.
Anyone receiving this is qualified to complete this task, and can see any patients - just notate in their medical records that they're good for another year.
ALSO: If you complete physicals and/or vaccinations on any of the displaced persons, just let my yeoman know so he can cross them off the list.

If you wanted to speak with any of them, I can arrange it so that speaking with you, however briefly, is part of their check-out process.
