so saturday i stopped by my moms house, and noticed that my dog sasha was just laying on the floor all day. i didnt really think anything of it until my mom came home, and she still didnt get up. come to find out she can't move her back legs at all.
so yesterday my parents took her to the vet, and we find out she has a slipped disk or something, leaving her paralized. she stayed at the vet overnight to see if some anti-inflamitory meds would help her.
i got a call from my mom this morning, and she told me that the meds didnt help, and there are only 2 alternatives; surgery that is expensive as hell and may not even work, or putting her down.
so today i am going to springfield to say bye to my dog.
i am not taking this very well.
