It is funny to spread our CD's out on the floor and see how much we, as a band and as individuals have evolved since Naveed in 1994.
Even from the CD covers and not just the lyrics, it is very descriptive as to where we were in that place or time. Of all five, not including the recent Live album, Spiritual Machines is by far my favourite of all five.
I can't explain it, because the CD gives me chills when I listen to it. Sometimes it is Raine's voice on "In Repair" or the intermittant speaking tracks. All of it makes my nerve endings jump to new life. Makes me fear everything around me and the unknown. I find it hard to step into darkness after listening to that album.
I like the Live CD- It came out fantastic I think. The tracks I seem to lose myself most in are Superman's Dead and Naveed/Life.
