Tieria's Tagalog voice is okay. (I think he might even be better than the English dub) Actually, Tieria's original voice (VA: Kamiya Hiroshi) doesn't sound gay. It's really his features that make him gay more than anything.

They can only fail in Setsuna's voice now. Hopefully it would be well.
