I've been prancing going around Megamall and SM North EDSA - The Block recently, and I got pamphlets for almost all of SM Development's condo projects. Wew XD
But the one I'm interested in the most is My Place - South Triangle. For one, their units are DIRT CHEAP. Well, not really dirt cheap, but P2.4 million+ for a 2-bedroom unit? I'm, sold. I can, like, budget P5 million for the entire thing (including appliances, furniture, etc.), and I'd still have some moolah left. Well, I need to win the lottery or get a high-paying job first (call center is OUT OF THE OPTION), of course. But come on, where else can you get that cheap of a condo unit?! Also, it's just near mai future employer ABS-CBN. I think you get my point XD
But like the real-estate agent in The Block told me, the prices can get higher as more people reserve units. I hope the prices don't get too high by the time I graduate.
