To train the Haitian police force.. This is a lawless country and the police force has been suppressed into submission. It's a pretty crazy site..
There are even vehicles with license plates from ontario and quebec and everywhere.
There are no laws here. So vehicles are stolen and then they are sold for nothin in haiti.. people are rollin' around in tricked out Hummer2s and Landrovers and.. It's disgusting.
You can see the wall that runs along the city that separates the upper from the middle class.. You have to understand that the middle class lives in shanty towns.
They are just cement buildings.. No doors. Half of the buildings dont even have roofs. They have to walk to a well to collect water for their cooking and drinking.
They dont have bathrooms. they pretty much just shit wherever they choose. and this? this is middle class..
Now the upper class is pimpin... They roll around in bentlys and benz's and live in houses up in the hills..
