Two things...

1. I made a cheesecake for the first time in AGES this weekend. It came out perfectly, without a crack on it. Several people said they liked it. It was a "honey nut crunch" cheesecake. I invented a blood orange sauce to go with it.

2. Is it rude to e-mail someone and tell them "Die in a fire!" when they've pissed you off?
