(no subject)
Aight im gonna try to update this thing. Although I think im content
with xanga. Let's see, School's been keeping me oh so busy. But somehow
im managing to enjoy small things. Last week was our church's vbs,
which was really good. I posted some pics up on my xanga site: www.xanga.com/dcherian.
The girls went all out this time with the decorations. it was really
really good. I love kids. The last night we had the big balloon drop.
These kids are like freakin animals. We had a net hanging from the
ceiling with 250 balloons and at the end of friday night we pulled a
string to let it all fall down. These kids, instead of rushing to grab
a balloon or just toss them around. They go right in and start popping
them. I swear after it was all said and done, there was maybe 20
balloons left.
So next week is gonna suck cuz i have a huge term paper due for my ethics class (which is overall a stupid class but i have to take). I also have to do a group presentation in that class on loyalty and whistleblowing (gag!!) But that's not even my biggest of concerns. I have a quiz on tuesday. i have a lab report due thursday. DSP hw due thursday. My other electronics lab my project has to be completely built to snuff. And on top of all this, I have to catch a flight at 5:00pm, Thursday evening to go to Michigan. :-D That's one thing im looking forward to. MCF Retreat 2005. I went two years ago and it was such an amazing blessing. God definitly moved in my heart and it was just soo good. I hope this year will be the same. I definitly need something from God. I'm lacking in gettin more of Him.
And other than that, I'm excited cuz in 4 weeks i'll be off to Arizona! Still havent figured out what i'm going to do about gettin a car. I think i might just end up buyin a used car down there. I hope i can get a decent car for under $2,000.
