Yeah, my husband's and my jobs are very, very different. I was excited to find Bible costumes on sale for $14. He was excited to find some computer thing on sale for $14,000.
LOL! Sounds very much like the vast difference between E's job and mine. He's an equities trader and trades between $5-15 million dollars worth of stocks a day. I teach inner-city 9 year olds how to pass standardized tests! ;)
I can relate. I always worked not-for-profit until I started a private practice, which was always in the red. Cecil deals with things that sometimes make or lose millions of profit dollars for his company.
He called last night and was all upset that they split the bill at a dinner he went to while he is in Maine doing something for work. I told him he was too used to corporate schmoozing.
