Four men with guns. One with a briefcase. Another sorts through a pile of cash. Three of the gunmen watch the door. The fourth stares out the window at the street below.
Batgirl lowers the binoculars for a moment as she perches on a skyscraper opposite the apartment building. Oracle's intel points to the men being connected to Rupert Thorne's gang. The pile of cash is drug money, and the men are likely gathered to determine payroll. The loss of that much money would be a noticeable setback to the gang's operations.
But none of this really matters to Cass, who is scanning the building for a viable grapple point. The door is guarded too heavily for her tastes, and they won't be expecting an attacker to come through the sixth-floor window. As long as bad people get punished, she's doing her job and the finer details can be left to Batman and Oracle.
She finally decides on a plan of attack and removes her grapple gun from her utility belt, preparing to discharge it and swing into the room.
