Carol tries to find the kitchen to offer her help, but she's sidetracked by smiles and greetings. Hal's invitation to dinner with the JSA and JLA was unexpected but welcome. Thanksgiving alone with the ring was probably not the best idea for all involved.

Maxine nods, "Yup! I don't mind, I like this sort of thing."

Shifting the platter's weight, Maxine extends Carol a hand, smile still intact. "I'm Cylcone," she says, "But you can just call me Maxine."

"Nice to meet you too!" She's heard bits and pieces about Carol, from various members of the JSA. "Umm...I'm sure my Gramma could use a hand in the kitchen, getting appetizers out and stuff..."
