Creeping Fear
Renee Montoya stands by the payphone, waiting alongside Romy. She's nervous. She's sure they're being watched, but she hasn't managed to spot whoever it is.
At least she and Romy know they can trust Gordon. He'll be able to help them get to the bottom of this.
From their corner, watching the Docks Bridge, they wait for Gordon.
Renee points as she picks out one of the cars as it comes closer.
"I think I see his car."
But before Romy can reply, a massive explosion tears through the center of the bridge, behind the car she'd been pointing too. A massive cloud of dust expands outward, and one of the pelvic structures in the bridge begins to fold over and collapse.
Renee doesn't blink, and begins to run directly towards the distant explosion.
