The Reception

With the ceremony complete, they return to Titans base... where they are expecting many more individuals for the reception.

Garth is beaming, holding Tula's hand, as they enter the party.

"All the cool kids are doing it," Tula teases, sticking her tongue out and winking at them.

Still, hopefully Garth won't need that hand for awhile, because she's not letting go of it.

Donna laughs. "Hey, this one -" She takes Garth's shoulder. "Managed to be both very dignified and still give us a hard time."

Roy's taken a moment to get out of the suit. He's kept the slacks and button-down, but it's nice to be out of the vest, tie and jacket. Seeing Tula and Garth so happy has worn down his cranky.

"Congratulations, you guys. Now you're stuck together in the good way."

Mia scurries up to Roy, giving him a hug around the waist, before turning to grin and give her congratulations to the bride and groom. "Thank you very much for the invite. Nothing but the best for you guys, really."

Dinah had argued her into actually wearing a dress, instead of a pant-suit. It was light and breezy, so at least comfort wasn't an issue.

...It's Mia in a dress. Duuuuuuude. He's actual now kinda glad his mom made him wear the suit. "Um, would you like some punch or something?"

Mia smiles and hugs onto Jaime's arm. "In a minute." She tugs him up to Roy. "This is Roy. Founding member of the Green Arrow Child Collection."

"There's a collection?" He sticks out his hand. "Nice to meet you, sir."

"Oh, Ollie always needs to compete with Batman," Hal offers with a conspiratorial wink to Roy. "Of course he's got a collection."

"Well, he's got him beat in the gadget area. Boxing Glove arrow is way cooler than anything Batman has. Don't tell him I said that though, or he might take away my Auxiliary Bat-Sidekick license."

"There's sidekick licenses now? I got ripped off."

Roy shakes Jaime's hand. "Same here." He grins and shifts his eyes subtly in Mia's direction. "Don't let her get you in trouble."

"Yeah... I get the kid in more than enough trouble," he replies with a wink.

"Thanks, Roy," Tula says, grinning as the mob converged on all of them. She spots a kid among them that she's pretty sure is Static, and makes a mental note to grab him and Wonder Girl later. She owes them both a favor for chucking Aquaman out of the Tower, even if they used the door instead of one of the upper-floor windows.

"Ooh, new faces. I see no one thought to bring the name tags," she teases, smiling at all three of the teenagers. Gods, they look like they hadn't even been in the double-digits when she'd died. "I'm Tula."

She holds out the hand that's not busy with Garth's for them to shake and introduce themselves.

Mia shakes her head at Roy. "Oh shut up. It's not like I've ever gotten the Arrow-car stolen." She grins.
