Huh. Now that's some news that the Boss-Man might be interested in.

Lorena, better known now as Aquagirl, turns and swims out to locate Aquaman.

Arthur stopped and waited for Lorena to catch up. How many times had he mentioned to her to not call him that?

"I came to bring you some news. The US is checking some info, apparently... trying to confirm that an Atlantean is dead."

She drops her voice. "They're looking to officially declare Dolphin dead, despite the lack of a body. As a favor to Tempest."

She shrugs. "But I figure it might be related to this other issue. They're also handling the... um... un-deathing? Re-living? Resurrection? Whatever. They're legally recognizing another Atlantean as not being dead anymore." She checks her notes. "Name is... Tula. Know who that is?"

Arthur had been THAT out of it since Mera's death that no one had even bothered to tell him that Tula was alive. The thought hit him like a physical blow.

"She's...I've known her for a long time. Garth too." Arthur scowled. "Are they looking for anything from me?"

She shakes her head. "No. The US just wanted to let us know... I don't think Garth even knew they'd let you know."

It was probably more like Garth didn't want him to know. Arthur was still scowling. Things with Garth...the issues gave him many sleepless nights and many hours of thought.

Arthur was smart enough to put some of the pieces together. Dolphin declared dead and Tula back alive. Arthur could guess where this was heading.

"I see."
