The battle had ended. Mary was returned to her old self. Black Adam was free from the thrall of Tala, as was Susan Dibny. The General had been returned to Eros 433, by the apparent return of Dr. Fate.

They barely agree on certain things, but there is a respect there. "And I am willing to trust that Shazam has dealt with the witch Tala. However, there are two of her minions on the battlefield below...the ones who were called Pestilence and Famine. They will be tried and punished by Kahndaqian law, as they willfully and brutally came into my country and have killed several hundred of my people by their actions."

He looks evenly at her. "I'm...sorry for what happened to you. Tala would be wise to not set foot in my country again for the desecration she brought...the artifacts that she misappropriated."

Black Adam thinks to himself, however, that now that he has seen the effects of the Amulet of Isis, there would be a possible need for another champion for Kahndaq...
