A Call to Arms
This scene happens one day after Blackest Night.
It was by some miracle named Eidolon that Batman was still alive. With the world still recovering from being turned upside down by the dead, Batman found his way back to what was left of Gotham. His first priority was to find Alfred - whom was unharmed by the assault of undead zombie maniacs. The second priority was for him to figure out who else was left alive.
The channel wide "Come back to the Cave" signal was turned on, and Bruce drops his aching carcass into the chair before the Batcomputer. He's not even bothering with the cowl right now, his expression grim and his face stubbled with several day's growth of beard. It's been One of Those Weeks and it was no where near being over yet. All that was left was for him to wait to see who would answer his call. All he could do was wait to see who was still alive.
