The Gut Melter
Kid Devil sits on the floor in front of the wide screen TV of the Titans South HQ, his eyes glued. He'd been there for the last hour or so and had to sit through Dancing with the Stars, but there was no way he was going to miss this; his first commercial done for El Diablo. Being on a film set again brought back a lot of memories. Finally, the show reaches it's commercial break, and Eddie shushes no one in particular. "It's starting."
The scene opens up with a montage of a Kid Devil going into various Mexican restaurants and trying their hottest dishes, but nothing satisfies him. He eventually gets fed up and wanders into a street, raising his hands to the sky and shouting. "Isn't there anything spicy enough for me?!"
"There is!" Kid Devil looks as the president of El Diablo enters from the right, carrying a plate full of black and red burritos filled with ground beef and dripping with red sauce. "Try a Gut Melter!" Kid Devil raises his eyebrow, grabs one of the strange burritos, and takes a bite. Steam starts to shoot out of Kid Devil's ears, his eyes widen, and he breathes out a torrent of fire.
"Man that's hot!" He takes another bite and breathes fire again. The scene cuts to a close up of a plate of Gut Melters and a voice over starts to speak.
"The Gut Melter, savory ground beef wrapped in special red and black tortillas and dripping with spicy chili cheese sauce hot enough to make Kid Devil sweat! Get it for just $1.99, only at El Diablo."
The commercial ends. Eddie just sits there for a moment, a big stupid grin on his face. He suddenly jumps up and shouts, pumping his fists in the air. "Yes! I got on TV! And they got my name right!"
