She isn't sure where she is, but she's reasonably sure it's still in the San Francisco area, judging from the smells coming in through the window. They'd taken her communicator and the papers. Claire and Peter are in the next cell over. Claire is more scared than anything, but Peter is glowering angrily at her through the small window on the door separating their prisons, still silently accusing her of getting them into this mess.
Likely, her captors, like Claire and Peter, think of her as "just" a Titan's girlfriend. They don't know about Fauna.
Unfortunately, that door is too heavy for her to break, and the skylight is too small for her to crawl through. Her shapeshifting being much more limited than Gar's leaves her still trying to think of an option. It's only been a few hours since getting tossed in here.
The door opens and she's prepared to rush whoever it is, but they're standing behind some kind of large robot. they toss him in the cell and slam the door behind them, trapping them both inside.
