Hal Jordan flies through space, his face hard and grim. He's flying escort duty today, along with dozens of other Green Lanterns, which normally doesn't bother him in the least.
But this isn't typical escort duty.
They're flying a box, a box the shape of the Green Lantern Corps symbol, to Korugar. The contents have an appointment there with a deadly weapon. And the contents of this box?
Sinestro.
His time has run out. He's to be executed.
Hal has not said a word on the entire trip. The Sinestro Corps is broken without their leader -- he's not sure they'll have the organization to attempt a rescue mission, but he hasn't ruled it out. No, he's silent because he doesn't want to get involved in a discussion with the dead Korugarian walking.
