Seeing Diana made John feel much better about his chances of making this mission succeed, but he was still a long way from having the team ready to go. Was he creating a strike force or recreating the Darkstars? Both ideas had merit, but if he was bringing back his old team, what was their mandate? These questions kept him company as he blazed his way across the skies from Detroit to San Francisco, seeking the Tamaraean Princess Koriand'r, also know as Starfire.
The ring aided him in locating her, and he sent a message ahead to the Titans letting them know he was looking to speak with her as soon as possible. She had a little boy, if he remembered right, and little boys were a handful at times.
If there was no issue with it, he would land on the roof of the Titans' building and seek out Kory, hoping she'd be in the mood to speak once he told her what he had planned.
