Scott and I got the house keys today. Finally!
We had to drive through rain, hail, and a flood to get them though.
Seriously, it was raining so hard we couldn't see on the highway. We stopped in Shawnee and 45th and Harrison was flooded. I think the water was up to maybe 4-5 ft? It was high enough to the close the road.
On other things (if I can afford it) I will make a Hermione costume for the Harry Potter premieres. I'm excited about it.
I would be nice to go with everyone in costume. And I've never had a cool HP costume before. ^_^
Eventually I could add on to it with my knitting too.
Plus, it gives me a cool excuse to get these really cool rosewood knitting needles I want.
I'm going to be moving loads these week. Hopefully, we can get everything moved out of the apartment in Tahlequah by the end of the week.
We are going to be selling some furniture: a couch, entertainment center, and some bookshelves. I also need to make some trips to Goodwill to get rid of some old clothes.
I won't be around very much online for the next couple of days. If you need me, just call.
