This past week
So, this past week has been as follows:
~>Weekend: Spring retreat, which was seriously awesome!!
~>Monday: Gave a speech about chastity for school. (I will never get a date in my school, but, hey, if this deters people, I don't want to date them anyway.)
~>Tuesday: Went to my sister's basketball game. (They won...again.)
~>Wednesday: Went to prayer group which was led by Brandon. Sammy and I had an interesting talk. (Thanks for your wisdom, Matt. You're awesome.)
~>Thursday: Wait, WAS there a Thursday this week? Geeze, it went by so fast!!
~>Friday & Saturday: Went to my sister's basketball tournament, where they got 3rd place!! (Go Broncos!)
~>Saturday: Helped my brother get ready for prom. (He looked so good!!!)
April...what a month! My dad and I were talking about it, and so much has happened in this past month! Think about it: Terri Schiavo died, Pope John Paul II died, followed by his funeral and mourning, Pope Benedict XVI was installed and I have gotten through what was probably the most difficult time of my life (so far). And all this in a month!
Well, at the very least, May should be better. It looks like it will be a month full of partying and fun. Lots of birthdays including my friend Ashley's (May 6) Alyssa's (May 16) Mine (May 17) Katie's (May 23) and my brother's (May 25). (Sorry if I left anyone out. Let me know if I did.)
