I took the liberty of proofreading that wonderful summary. I do little enough here, but at least I can do this much

Color page: Iwaki-san and Shimizu-san are in the dressing room, when he tells her "Sorry, can I think about it for a while?".
Change of scene. Kato and Iwaki have gone for the weekend to Kato's parents’ new country house. There are also Kato's sister Yoko and her son Yosuke (her husband is at work).  Yosuke grabs the lovely Iwaki-san but is scolded by the jealous Kato who says it's dangerous, because Iwaki-san is using scissors and could hurt himself.
Iwaki-san and Kato talk with Kato's parents, who say that they are enjoying country life very much and are thinking of selling their house in Chiba in the future to spend their old age in the country (Kato doesn't want his parent to talk about "old age"!).
This talk about future plans makes Iwaki-san think about his talk with Shimizu-san: they were talking about his contract renewal, but he, instead of accepting, has asked for some time to think about it.
Iwaki-san is sitting hugging Yosuke, who is sleeping, when Yoko notices them. They talk about how fond Yosuke is of Iwaki-san-- is there something in Iwaki-san that appeals to Kato family's DNA? Yoko is not very happy about her parents’ intentions, but Kato scolds her, explaining that now is their turn to support their parents. Then he invites Iwaki-san for a walk in a nice place he discovered. Yosuke wakes up and notices they’re going away.
Iwaki-san thinks about his long-cherished dream to be independent from his production office and to open his own production office with Kato, but he fears it is not the right time because Kato has just reconciled with his office. So he takes off his clothes and invites Kato (dazzled by his beauty) for a "purification" in the water. Well, Kato is not very interested in "purification", Iwaki-san doesn't need it! Iwaki-san protests he wanted to feel refreshed, and Kato answers he'll feel refreshed and it won't take much time. Iwaki-san continues thinking this is not the moment for independence, but has some doubts: is the problem really Kato's situation?
They go back and find Yoko in a panic because Yosuke is missing. She cries she shouldn't have taken Yosuke to such a place, but Kato tells her to calm down and call the police, then goes to search for him with Iwaki-san. It's getting dark and Iwaki-san is really worried, but Kato tells him that this experience will teach Yosuke that the world is not a nice place and it's dangerous to be far from people that protect you, so they have to find him! These words make Iwaki-san understand that he is fearing leaving the office where there are people who protect him and Kato's situation is only a pretext.
They finally manage to find Yosuke, who, after they take him back, runs up to his mother, mum is the best after all! Iwaki-san smiling tells Kato he is going to open his own production company. Kato smiles saying he is happy for Iwaki-san and he'll follow after him someday.
Iwaki-san meets Shimizu-san and tells her he wants to open his own production office. She feels relieved because she was fearing he wanted to change his office and didn't think about the possibility of independence. She tells him that as Kato is Iwaki-san's wife in private life, she feels like his wife at work. So she is happy because she was feeling like a betrayed wife, but in this case instead it is more like a son that becomes independent. Iwaki-san explains that when he failed in his work he blamed other people, but when he succeeded he understood that this was only an excuse. So he wants to be independent to assume all the responsibilities, in good times like in bad times. Shimuzu-san says this way of thinking is typical of Iwaki-san and promises she will help him to find an amicable resolution.
