I listen to Tom Lycus from time to time. I will admit he is an interesting character but if you want to have a particularly meaningless life, "bangin' one broad after another" as he so eloquently puts it, then go ahead and take Lycus 101 and follow his advice. I'll wager that at the end of your miserable life you will die alone and unloved and no one will care about you. But you will have had plenty of meaningless sex with a lot of insecure women who were desperate enough to give themselves to you. Big deal.
I for one would rather cultivate a relationship with a woman and get to know her. I find this much more satisfying then just having meaningless sex. (Actually, I have never had meaningless sex. But I know I wouldn't like it. Well, I might like it in the moment, but I would regret it later, maybe...) I mean if that works for you then fine, more power to you. But I want a little more depth than that. I mean, if you think about it, you're really only using women as your own personal, very realistic sex toy. I have known men who view women this way.
What I am trying to say is that I believe men would do much better to instead of following Lycus' advice actually treating women with respect and you might even try being nice to them. Believe me, there are so many assholes out there, social rejects who would not know how to have a healthy relationship with a woman if their life depended on it, that you will be way ahead in the game. So at the end of your life you might actually have someone by your side that loves you and has helped make your life worth something.
