Summary: Jung YunHo and Kim JaeJoong had been friend since them both kids even with the age gap almost 6 years. Since JaeJoong was kid he had promise that when he become an adult, he want to marry YunHo. Since his grandfather was sick, the two families decide to marry both of them. What will happen to JaeJoong’s dream since he didn’t finish his school yet and now he was arranged to marry YunHo. How will YunHo accept this, would he agree to the marriage or it will lead to divorce?

CHAPTER 20 - THE CHECKUP
“Umma, what are you doing?” JaeJoong said as he saw his mother inside sitting on the sofa surrounds by knitting stuff.
“Umma was knitting some stuff since it's almost winter and you are going to deliver your baby soon, so I make some socks for the baby. You will do the check up tomorrow right?” Mrs.Kim said as her hand was busy doing some knit knots.
“Yeah…”
“You are going to see the baby gender?”
“I think so… since we didn’t come up with any names yet but I hope it's a boy.”
“Joongie, why don’t you go take a bath first, I’m sure YunHo will come home soon.” Mrs. Kim said as she looks at her son was looking at her.
“Umma, could you teach me too…” JaeJoong said as he also interested to do something for his unborn child.
“I will but you need a shower first, I already prepared the bath so go take it.”
JaeJoong leaves his mother in the living room and slowly make a move to his room to take a shower before dinner. YunHo comes back almost nine o’clock from his work, after all he is going to take a long vacation in winter that for he needs to settle everything early. JaeJoong already sleeping by the time YunHo’s back.
After chatting with his father in law, YunHo had dinner alone prepared by Mrs. Kim. He feels glad to hear from Mrs. Kim that JaeJoong was fine and already ate dinner. YunHo feels excited waiting for tomorrow.
After breakfast, YunHo brought his wife to the doctor at the hospital for the checkup. JaeJoong who’s wearing a loose blouse covered with a knee length brown coat looking stunning with his rounded swollen belly walking beside his handsome husband who’s wearing a black turtle neck shirt and jacket with jean make some of the woman blushes as they looks at the couple.
They take a seat before their turn, feeling a bit tired JaeJoong leans his head on YunHo’s shoulder while closing his eyes.
“Is he your wife?, how old the pregnancy was?” Suddenly a woman who’s sitting a seat from YunHo was asking.
“Yes, it’s almost eight months.” YunHo answer with a smile while looking at the woman.
“Ow… it’s nice. He’s lucky to have a husband like you unlike mine. He just thinks about his works and never cares about the baby.”
YunHo just silent since it’s not his matter to interfere into some else private matter and that woman should stop talking bad about his husband. “I’m sure it’s for you and your baby too, he wouldn’t be marrying you if he doesn’t love you. If he wasn’t working where can he find the money to support your life after this?”
The woman just silent after YunHo said that.
“Mr. and Mrs. Jung” Not long after that a nurse was calling for their checkup turn.
YunHo looks at his wife who’s still sleeping, “Boo… wake up please… it’s our turn…” YunHo said touching JaeJoong face with his left hand. “Boo…”
JaeJoong stirred in his sleep a little and wakes up then, today he was feeling really tired luckily his foot didn’t get swollen. “Is it?”
“Emm…” YunHo nodded a little. He helps his wife to stand up properly and slowly both of them walk to the doctor’s room.
“Come in YunHo shhi, JaeJoong shhi.” Dr. Kim HeeChul welcoming the both future parents into his room. “I’m sorry since last two months, I couldn’t do the checkup. Is the intern doctor was doing a good job?”
“I think so, since she said my wife and my baby was fine last month. There’s no high blood pressure.”
“Emm… let’s see…” HeeChul said while walking to the medical equipment was placed while YunHo helping JaeJoong to get on the bed near to the doctor.
JaeJoong reveals his big stomach, HeeChul gets his things ready, “It’s almost 30 weeks right?”
“Yeah…”
“I have already informed by my nurse that you are ready to see the baby gender, let see what’s inside…” Dr.Kim HeeChul said as he apply some cold gel on the tummy and get the sonogram machine to scan inside the belly.
“Did I inform you before this that it’s going to be a triplet, if I wasn’t mistaken?”
“What? Triplet?.” JaeJoong shouts as he didn’t ready for since he only thought they would have a twin only.
“EH!!” YunHo who’s holding JaeJoong hand clearly shocked to hear it.
HeeChul smile knowing that he forgot to inform the couple about that. “My intern told me its triplet…” His eyes directly on the monitor showing fetus was moving. “Baby A is a boy…”
YunHo smile was turning big as he heard a boy, his wife always wanted a son but he didn’t want JaeJoong to be sad if he knows YunHo wanted a daughter more than a son.
“Baby B is a girl and the last one was a boy.”
“Thanks, HeeChul sshi. I’m sure our family will be shocked hearing this.” YunHo said smiling happily as he heard one of his babies is a girl.
“I’m suggesting for JaeJoong sshi resting at home after this and taking the folic acid as a supplement like usual.” HeeChul said to JaeJoong but the pregnant man doesn’t move a bit. “I guess he’s still shocked after all.”
YunHo take look at his wife as he can sense something was wrong with the younger man. ‘Is he didn’t want the baby?’. Deep inside he was thinking about that but then he realizes he shouldn’t think like that after all JaeJoong was happy knowing that he’s pregnant early.
The last 30 minutes with the doctor goes with YunHo and JaeJoong walk to the car with some medicine and CD scans of the baby. JaeJoong still silent after the checkup while YunHo drive to the mansion silently.
“What’s wrong with him?.” ChangMin asked as his older brother walks pass him without any greeting to any of the members inside the mansion.
YunHo just shrugged silently as he also didn’t know what’s wrong with his wife.
“How’s the checkup, hyung?” ChangMin sits on the sofa nears YunHo while sipping a hot chocolate. He just got back from the hospital since he was on call finally end since it’s his off day.
“I don’t know, JaeJoongie seems shocked when the doctor said it’s going to be a triplet. He just goes silent even when I asked if he wants to eat something he just silent and didn’t answer my question at all.”
“Congrats hyung… I can’t wait for it. I’m sure Jae hyung just shock maybe you should go check him up now. Don’t want to leave him alone too long, right?” He smiles teasingly to his only brother in law.
YunHo walks away following his wife that already reaches their bedroom. YunHo only found JaeJoong sitting on the bed with knitting material. “Are you okay, Joongie?”
JaeJoong looks at his husband, “I only got a pair booties done. I need pink yarn wool too. What if I didn’t manage to finish it before their birth?” JaeJoong was panicking because he didn’t have enough of yarn to knit anymore.
YunHo sighed, he feels glad his wife was okay although he was panicking over something that he should not. He thought JaeJoong wouldn’t ready to be parents yet but the truth was he was overly excited over that.
“What did you doing, Boo?”
“I want to make mitten and booties for the babies. I don’t have much time.”
“You nearly got me shocked I thought you didn’t ready to be parents yet?”
“What! No!. I’m ready, from the time we first make love I was waiting for this time. I’m going to get a triplet. I’m more than excited until I feel I want to jump over this bed but I couldn’t. I’m going to get Umma to teach me how to knit the hat too.” JaeJoong grabs the basket that he placed the knitting tools from YunHo and sits properly, trying to calming himself down.
“Jae, please calm down. I know you are excited but please, I will get Umma for you.” YunHo trying to calming his overly excited wife. YunHo walks away from the room and as he saw a maid was cleaning the hallway, he sighed.
“Could you please call Umma to come to JaeJoong’s room?”
“Yes, YunHo sshi.” She walks away after that to get Mrs. Kim for YunHo.
YunHo just walks to the room back and smile as he saw JaeJoong was touching rounded belly.
“Babies, Umma really loved babies’ Appa… Umma can’t wait to see you all. Umma was very happy to have you inside Umma.” JaeJoong said as his right hand was moving and touching his belly slowly.
“Appa too, Appa loves your Umma too much.” YunHo said as he sits beside JaeJoong and touching JaeJoong’s belly and hand. “Thank you, Joongie.”
JaeJoong smile as they were captured into each other eyes.
Mrs. Kim walks in into JaeJoong’s room since the door was opened widely and smile as she looks at the matching couple captivated into each other. ChangMin who was passing by, suddenly stops and grabs his mother’s shoulder.
“Umma!” He shocked the old woman by surprise his mother from the back.
“AISHH, THIS KID!!!” Mrs. Kim shout at her younger son for making her shocked but enough to make the couple in
front them shocked too and not to mention blushing to be caught into a situation like that.
“Look, now they have noticed me already.” She said as she pinch ChangMin’s arm.
“Umma…”
“Yes, JaeJoong dear. What do you want? How’s the check up? Is everything fine?” They can sense Mrs. Kim was panicking since she didn’t know how the checkup was going. In her heart, she was praying that everything was fine for his son's pregnancy.
