Kyuhyun’s POV
“Kyuhyun ah~ Do you want to come home now?”
“No.”
“Why not?” I rolled my eyes.
“Sungmin would irritate me again and I would not be able to play my game in peace.”
“You’ll regret in…” The line went dead. My mom said something about regret? Me?
After an hour, I can’t take it anymore, I have to find out. I took my bag and left the library and went straight home.
“Wow Kyuhyun. You came back?”
“You told me to.”
“It’s too late anyway.”
“What is too late?”
“Nothing~ You’ll know it sooner or later~” She said and went off to the kitchen.
I sighed and went to my room and went on the laptop as usual. MSN popped up as usual but this time, there was an offline message, left by Sungmin. Before I started reading, the laptop died on me. It took me long enough before the laptop started to like me again.
Finally it is alive and working. I went on MSN and as expected, the message is no longer there. I went to my chat logs and read the past messages. I was reading and almost crying. She went away without telling me and I learned the truth through the internet? Since young, we were fated to be childhood friends since birth! And this is how she is going to tell me?! Damn she is evil. I was staring at the screen blankly when a message caught my eye.
PumpinkMin: Kyu, I know you and everybody is worried about me but I'm sorry. I can't be the old me again, not after what happened to Ryeowook. He left just like that, without telling me anything. That day, we went out happily, we went out together in the morning but I came back alone at night, my shirt soaked with blood. Guilt took over me as I know everything is my fault. Ryeowook, ryeowook... he died for me. All of you don't know! The... the big truck, was coming and Ryeowook, ryeowook he pushed me away and he got hit instead. Nobody knows! I tried to tell all of you but nobody wants to believe me because all of you think that I am just talking the blame for everything... Don't worry anymore; I will try to let this go because I know he will be in my heart forever. I'm sorry for acting like that.

Sungmin’s POV
I hate it, I hate it so much. It’s so hard to adapt to a new environment! New school, new friends, new teachers. No teachers that understand me, no bffs, no kyu. Everything is new. I am so going to hate my school life.
I looked around the school, it isn’t that bad. It looks quite good, the students are friendly. I was walking until a group of girls came to me. They looked very arrogant.
“You are the new student?” I can’t be bothered to answer her so I walked past her. I felt a hand pulling me back to her forcefully and before I know it, I’m facing her. She raised her hand as if she wants to hit me for behaving that way but was stopped by another hand that grabbed hers.
“Already bulling the new student?”
“We were just talking.”
“Why not I get her to give you a slap too, and say that you guys are just talking.” The girl glared at me and walked away very quickly.
“Hey, you okay?”
“Mmmh, I’m okay.”
“Don’t bother about her, she just likes to bully the new students. By the way, I am Donghae.”
“Sungmin Lee.”
“You are also a Korean? I am too!” I smiled at him, he looks really cute and behaves like a kid.
“Uhm, do you need any help in getting anywhere?”
“I have English lessons at classroom E7K2”
“Me too. Come on, let’s go together.”
Kyuhyun’s POV
School feels so empty without her now. Her seat is now empty and cold.
“Class, there is a new student. Let’s welcome him warmly shall we? Ryeowook come on in.” Ryeowook?! Lee Ryeowook?!
“I’m Kim Ryeowook.” And I thought he was that Ryeowook.. What was I thinking?
“Ryeowook- sshi, take the seat beside Kyuhyun.”
Ryeowook’s POV
It’s that guy. I know him. He is familiar but who exactly is he..?
“Do we know each other?” I just had to ask him.
“If you change your surname, maybe I do.” My surname..? What is wrong with Kim being my surname?
“I.. don’t get you.”
“Nevermind, it’s just some memories. Nice to meet you, I’m Kyuhyun.”
