the weekend
went home for the second weekend in a row this weekend. friday was cool, renee and i went to rachels house to hang out. mike, his roommate jon, cavin, and antoinette were there also.
i wanted to go to CL's homecoming, but was unable to, which kinda sucks. the reason i couldn't go was because i had prior obligations at a wedding with renee. and it wasn't a lame wedding, so that more than made up for it. it was her cousins wedding, and he owns a house on about 2 acres of land with a couple barns. he had the wedding there under a big oak tree that had he and his fiancee's initials carved in it. it was a really cool idea i thought, and the weather was damn near perfect, especially considering it was an outside wedding in the middle of october.
the night ended on a sort of down note though, because there was a big fire in an air museum a few miles away. i guess a few of the planes in it blew up. but other than that, a good night.
after we got home from that renee and i went cruising in her car, which was cool because there were a lot of people out due to the weather. saw some motorcycles racing around. 5.0 presence was light, so that was also good.
over the weekend renee's dad installed my suspension drop on my truck. he's a great guy, and he did a really good job. it looks really sweet. to top it off renee washed it and bought me a license plate frame :) pictures are on the way, as soon as renee's mom develops them, since i forgot my digital at school.
so that was my weekend, interesting as hell, i know.
anyways, that brings me up to tonight, back at school in east lansing.
