D still had the hands free earpiece in for her phone but even she needed a break so, after being cooped up together for over forty-eight hours with no end in sight, what were three girls to do but throw bits of crusty croissants out the window to see if they got picked up by squirrels or eaten by students who happened to pass below

Mac was settled back at her computer again, skimming over more files detailing transactions between some of the couriers for the thousandth time.

She sat a little more upright suddenly, leaning in to see if she was actually seeing something unexpected, or if perhaps it was just a vain hope. After a second she lifted her hand, waving it to get attention with a, "Uh, guys. Might want to check this out."

"Hmmmm?" Asked an until then dozing D. "What's it? That? Er..."

"Got some weird data transmissions," Mac clarified, beckoning D over. "I'm just taking a closer look," she said. "I'll print a copy for you guys, just in case."

"Good, I think I'd do better with paper at the moment anyway." D said as she got up and headed over to the printer.

Mac leaned back into her computer, as if her proximity to the screen might actually help her understand better. "There's something not right here," she said. "I just... I can't figure out what."

"...it's her. Look at this," she said, practically vibrating when she had located the information. "All these things - they're being accessed only by Matrix. She's doing it."
