New Opportunities ...

I new job opportunity has arisen and it will more then likely change my career as I know it.  I am applying for a program manager job with the alternative certification program that I currently work for.  If I get the job, I will have to leave my full time job which is teaching 5th grade.  It will be the end of my teaching career - or at least teaching kids.  My job would entail reruiting, selecting, and aiding fellows in my program so that they will get hired as teachers.  Many of my fellows are career changers and have lots of ambition and drive.  This job would allow me the flexibility of working from home so that I can start my phd program in the spring.  Although this seems like a great opportunity - it is a bit scary - as I enter the unknown world of working from home....
