How can i hate something about myself and want it changed so so bad but STILL cant find the motivation to change it??
Starting July I'm going to do a better job of watching what i eat and do a better job of working out! I will record my progress on here as often as possible and in the mean time, i need to think of something i will do for myself as a reward when i lose the ten pounds i want to lose! :) now i just need a scale...
