right click on the picture, go to Properties, and cut & paste it. use the <*img src> tag for it to display.

Then cut & paste the text that is at the top.

(if you can have 2 windows open at once, that makes it easier. if not, lemme know, and I can post the HTML for you to just cut & paste)
