So my nephew turns 18 at the end of June, and is graduating from high school next week. big gift opps. he finally created an amazon account and on there is a slew of video game related stuff and a lap top. wonderful.
he's really been struggling with high school. he's incredibly smart, and i think out of his element, and a bit of a "dork". he has no plans to go away for school, but will be attending the local JC. all of the grad gift idea lists i've been seeing are fun electronics for dorm rooms. pod coffee makers, etc. something he doesn't need just yet. I'd LOVE to get him a laptop, but sadly we don't have the budget for a gift like that. I may see what my folks plan to spend and if we can double team that gift.
but other than that, do you guys have any suggestions for more life worthy gifts for the soon to be 18 year old guy/ high school graduate? i was thinking the 1-$200 mark.
