Author Note: After reading the FF 1602 trade, I felt there was a bit missing. I wanted to see Wyatt kick Johnny’s ass. LOL Odd, from me, I know.
Blood was soaking through the sleeve of his shirt at an alarming rate. Perhaps this hadn’t been such a good idea after all. He was good, there was no denying that, but he hadn’t anticipated Wingfoot being better. Of course, he hadn’t let himself think to hard on any of it before he drew his sword. He never did. But that tendency had served him well over the years. It seemed however that his luck had finally run out.
“Get up, Storm.”
He struggled to his feet. He would have been ready for anything from Lord Wingfoot, even if he had to hold his sword in his weak hand. Bugger the bastard. He wasn’t going down without a fight. He was ready. Almost.
Who would have thought the Lord of the manor would take to punching him in the face. Odd. He didn’t have time to consider it much longer as the world faded around him. Hopefully, Wingfoot had enough class not to slit his throat while he was out cold.
