It's so lovely to see "present day" Kurt and Blaine back in this story again. I'm so relieved that Kurt pulled out the other side of his illness (like we all knew he would), but it's been a hell of a ride. You've created something so wonderful, yet again, and I'm so glad to revisit this verse again.

That last part with our "present day" boys was actually one of the first things I wrote out of this entire chapter! It was fun to see how far off course I could take them and still somehow manage to get them back to that point. It was a challenge, and some of the toughest writing I've ever had to do, but nearly 30K later... here they still are, you know? Thank you :)
