SAI is the not sorority
I'm so sad that I never update anymore. I just don't have spare time the way I did in high school. Oh well.
So I just had the second night of SAI rush (music sorority), and it was really great. I talked to Dorian a lot again and was very, very disappointed when I realized she was a senior, and then I totally bonded with one of the five million Kate's (who is, thankfully, a sophomore). We were talking about math nerdiness, and the conversation went like this:
Me: That's crazy. So did you guys do like Mathcounts and stuff?
Kate: Oh my God I was first alternate to nationals in eighth grade.
Me: Oh my God I was first alternate to nationals in eighth grade too!
Us, completely and totally in unison and identically: That's RIDICULOUS . . . oh my God!
*Megan turns around and gives us a look*
Me: I think we must be long-lost sisters or something
Dorian: You're about to BE sisters.
Anyway, it was good. My week was insane, my weekend is going to be insane, and I'll probably get even more behind in math, but hey, that's my life. Love to all!
