I've got one final thing to say about episode four of The Walking Dead: The Final Season. Actually, I can seem to recall having a couple of last thoughts, but I don't remember what the other was. However, apparently I guess no matter what choice you made Clementine survives. Huh. Now I think I might know why people's complaints about the game are valid. The developers couldn't kill her off. I'm grateful for that, but I thought for sure it was going to be a choice whether she lives or dies. I mean people could still go back and make the opposite choice if they wanted to. Whatever, I was very satisfied with the game anyway, and that's all I have to say about that.
And speaking of games, after ten days of waiting (It was difficult waiting that long.), I finally got my package in the mail. But ... they gave me the wrong game. Arghhh! The box was correct, but inside, the disc was a game called The Clockwork Man. I ordered Drawn: Dark Flight. WTF? How could they screw this up? Maybe I should have known better trying to buy a nine year old used game from a third party seller. They probably didn't even bother to check inside the box to see that the correct game was in there. I was so pissed after waiting all this time, but you know what? It's all good because I'm getting refunded. They said I don't have to return the item, so I decided I would keep it. And I decided to download the second game of the Drawn series elsewhere. So, it's cool. I already started playing it. Yeah, they wasted my time, which annoyed me big time, but now I'm happy I can get back to my regular gaming routine again. I'll play The Clockwork Man too eventually as long as I have it. It is a hidden object game, and I generally like the genre anyway. The Drawn game is apparently short, so I'll probably talk about that sequel soon.
And one last thing. So my dad enjoys playing Ultimate Frisbee with his co-workers at work from time to time, and he's always seeming to come back with some injury. Well, this time he really did it. I'm not sure when this was exactly, but he fell and landed on his thumb and it bent backwards. His hand swelled up and did he go to see a doctor right away about it? No. He finally went into the doctor yesterday and they told him that he tore the ligament in his thumb and required surgery. Damn. He was also told it needed to be done within two weeks of the injury or they wouldn't be able to repair it. I don't know how long ago he injured his thumb, but that's why he really needed to get it checked out right away *sigh*. I know it's stereotypical, but that's men for you. He got the appointment for the surgery today. It's actually happening right now as I type this. Who knows how long it will take to heal. And being without the use of your thumb... thumbs have a lot of uses that we take for granted. I hope the surgery goes well though and he doesn't start grumping about it because I would totally expect that from him. SMH. Should have gotten this taken care of earlier.
