Technobabylon and Easter

I'm pressed for time these days, so I'm going to keep this brief and do my format for reviewing games a little different. I finished the Cyberpunk adventure Technobabylon yesterday. Another pretty good release from Wadjet Eye.

Pros: Story, music, atmosphere, mind splitting personalities was fun, as was interacting with things in the Trance (virtual world), varied locations, to a certain extent, the graphics, cool high tech sci-fi concepts, multiple characters to play as.

Cons: Stumbled my way through the puzzles, not that easy, while good, the story was kind of complicated, I predicted a plot twist (that isn't necessarily a fault), a bit gory and touches on a controversial subject (also not exactly a fault -- it fits the universe, but something to take into account), not the best of the best from Wadjet Eye.

Overall, I recommend this game. It was fun to play even though it tripped me up quite a few times with the puzzles. 4/5 stars.

I didn't make a gameplay video because I sort of forgot. I wonder if I should even make these anymore. No one watches them. Regardless, here's a screenshot. Aren't we all? This is one of three characters you play as, Latha.

Now I'm actually juggling two games at a time. I felt the desire to install The Elder Scrolls: Oblivion again because I wanted to make an attempt I tried before to collect all the books. Yes, I'm using codes to do this, not to add the books no, just to help with certain things. I tried to collect the books before, but stopped for some reason. This time I really want to go for it. Then after maybe I might look into the expansion packs, which I never played.

But it's not that easy juggling two games, I usually don't do it, but anyway, I started playing Goetia as well. I've only played ten minutes of it, but I like it so far.

Of course this is going to be put temporarily on hold once Guardians of the Galaxy comes out tomorrow.

As for Easter, we didn't do anything, but we did go out to Macaroni Grill, so that was nice. I liked my dessert more than my dinner.

Countdown to the San Diego trip: Leaving Sunday! OK, I'm out.
