July 4th
So my July 4th was pretty nice actually. I spent most of the day playing old games and watching "let's plays." Then I went over to Donna and Eric's house at 5. My parents were already there and said I should come at that time. Same thing we did last year. Last year wasn't as enjoyable, but this time I had hamburger, corn-on-the-cob, and watermelon. Before dinner we played on the Wii. That was fun. Then after dinner we just sat talking for a long time. We were going to watch a movie, but of course they don't stop talking so instead my dad and I went home and I made a S'more. :) No fireworks watching obviously, but the show is the same every year and I fear them anyway. There was of course the usual firecracker and other neighbors doing fireworks on the street. It's illegal to set off fireworks in my neighborhood, but the law is never enforced. So, yeah it was pretty nice.
