Stuff
So, the inaugural ball last night was all right. Some of the music was meh. They kept teasing me by playing a song right before the commercial break that I would have wanted to hear, but they never played it.
I wonder if there are still going to be a lot of people there. My dad went to D.C. today (Yes, he went this week and he's also going in March too.) Speaking of that, he is going on our plane too. This will be the first time I've ever gone with my dad on a business trip plus some extra time too.
I'm still in my "edutainment" phase right now. I might be going through all the different "edutainment" games at abandonia. We'll see. I'm playing Where in the World is Carmen San Diego?. It's taking me forever to finish. I probably won't do any videos of these games because I doubt anyone would care. I want to play Oregon Trail again too.
We're going out to lunch with Donna today for her birthday.
Tomorrow we're also going out to lunch with Joan. But afterward we're going to the bookstore and I already have in mind a couple of books I want to pick up. ;) You will see. Also Oscar nominations will be announced tomorrow. Should be interesting to see what gets nominated.
Oh yeah, I added Neil Gaiman to my friends list on Goodreads. Just waiting for him to accept now. Shows how really geeky I am. :P
