Movies I Look Forward to in 2007

First of all I finished reading Bridge to Terabithia. The book was ok, but judging by the trailer of the movie it looks like Disney may have butchered it. Some people have said that it is just a hook to lure those who haven't read the book in. Perhaps they're right. I wonder if they are going to use the same ending in the movie though because Disney is usually known for its happy endings. Well I guess I'll just have to see it and judge for myself.

I downloaded a new freeware adventure called Sydney Finds Employment. It's about a hobo who's trying to get a job and change things for his fellow hobos. It's pretty fun.

Ok, now without further ado here's my list of most anticipated movies of 2007.

Artemis Fowl-That is if it is to come out this year. I read the first book, thought it was ok, but maybe the movie will be better
Coraline-Being the Neil Gaiman fan that I am, this is a must see. Alas I have yet to read the book though.
Bridge to Terabithia-May not be like the book, but it may still be neat
Children of Men-This is probably already out and after hearing the reviews, a must see.
Freedom Writers-This is also out. It looks good.
Miss Potter-Technically came out last year, but not in any theaters around me. I do love Beatrix Potter.
Epic Movie-It just looks hilarious period.
Ghost Rider-It's Marvel. It's a superhero movie. It looks cool.
Black Snake Moan-At least the trailer looked good for this one, so I'll probably give it a watch.
The Number 23-There's no way I'm going to miss a Jim Carrey movie plus it has that psychological madness that I enjoy.
Zodiac-A killer that uses codes. Sounds good, plus it has Jake Gyllenhall and Mark Ruffalo
300-I just love the way this film looks
The Reaping-I remember seeing the trailer for this a while back. It looks creepy. I love that line "You wanna kill my baby?" "No" "Why not?" Heh, that's great.
Rescue Dawn-Looks like Christian Bale lost weight again. He seems to be good at doing that.
The Kingdom-Me likes Jennifer Garner and Jamie Foxx, so erm...yeah it looks dramatic. And Danny Elfman does the music, whee!
Spider-Man 3- It's Marvel. It's a superhero movie. It will be cool.
Shrek the Third-Finally saw a trailer for this, and it looks like it will be funny. The title leaves much to be desired though.
Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End-Enough said. Coming out in May too. Awesome!
Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer-Judging by the trailer, it looks better than the first one.
Evan Almighty-Looks funny even though it doesn't look like Jim Carrey's in this one.
Live Free or Die Hard-Looks like I'm going to have to watch the Die Hard films
Ratatouille-I'm so glad Pixar made a movie about rats, enough said.
Transformers-It looks f****ng awesome!
Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix-It was my least favorite book for personal reasons, but I'm sure I'll enjoy the movie. Daniel looks like a man in this one lol.
The Simpsons Movie-Wow finally a Simpsons movie. The teaser trailers alone are hilarious
Stardust-Neil Gaiman once again. Once again a book I haven't read yet. Now all I'll need is a feature film for Neverwhere and/or Anansi Boys and I'll be set.
Rush Hour 3-Could it be that this film is finally coming out? I sure hope so.
The Invasion-Another remake of Invasion of the Body Snatchers. Maybe Jeff Goldblum should make a cameo appearance as one of the aliens. No? Awww

That's about it for now.
