Can anyone say... summer entry?
Ok ok so it's been a good 2 months since I've written...WHATCHA GONNA DO ABOUT IT?!
The summer goes as follows:
- Some serious missing of my homegirls
- Some serious love from my campers (i got the jewels and papers to prove it)
- Some seriously fantastic australians and englishmen to show me what life is all about!
- Some other cool staff members from the states
- A little more camper love
- Some CRAZY staff parties (seriously no joke out of control)
- Then I saw 12th night, which was possibly the best shakespeare production I've ever seen
- Taught some delinquent campers how to sail along the way
- Got buff from lifting boats
- A little more drinking
- Some crying at the end
And then I came back. Its hard to believe I won't be in Maryland to refill my gas for cheap any more. Its even harder to believe I won't be seeing some of those people ever again. It's even harder to believe that I won't be seeing my best friends at school this year. Seriously, I don't know what I'm going to do with myself. I don't know if I'll ever find friends at college that will compare to the ones I made in highschool. But even if I do, I know that it will never be the same. I'll never be the same person once I go to college, and neither will they. Still, I can't lose them. I went up to see Gina yesterday, helped her move in and relax a little. It was weird seeing her with all those new people who know nothing about her. She wasn't acting like herself. Oh well they'll get used to her eventually haha.
As for me, I'm going up to Boston on Sunday, staying at Zoe and Liv's apartment for the night then moving into my dorm in the morning. By the way I somehow scored a Quad, so my room will be HUGE which means some serious parties. I have 3 roomates, from Staten island, Maine and California/Taiwan. They seem pretty decent, 2/3 of them are liberal... Anyways I still have a bunch of people I need to see before I go. This includes Gigi, Abby, Christy, Tess, Miyori, Miller and Jonah... and really anyone else I bump into.
