Of NaNoWriMo and book releases

Just a few things, since it's been a few days since I updated.

Thing #1: Kingmaker is available in ebook format pretty much everywhere - Amazon, Smashwords, Barnes & Noble, Apple, etc. - for $2.99. It is also available in paperback at Amazon for $11.99, but if you find me in the flesh, I'll sell the copies I have for $10.

Thing #2: I'm doing NaNoWriMo, this month - mostly because I need to pump out 50,000 words, this month, so I can pump out 25,000 words next month. I'm currently at a little over 10,000 words because I kind of crashed and burned when I sat down to get more writing done last night. I just...ran out of steam.

This is *technically* exactly where I'm supposed to be, and as long as I grind out the usual 1,666 words per day for the rest of the week, I won't fall behind. Unfortunately, I have an early morning wake-up on one day of this week, and I'm currently laboring under a really massive headache, so some kind of slide behind par is pretty damn likely. On the bright side, I have no commitments next weekend, so hopefully I'll be able to get caught up on whatever I don't get done this week.

Thing #3: Baby preparations are going smoothly. I assembled the crib, today, which felt like a major accomplishment. It certainly freed up a lot of floor space. Nursery still looks like a disaster area, but hopefully that will diminish over the next few weeks as we start putting it in order.

I'm going to go maybe take a little nap and see if that perks me up enough to get anything done, tonight.
