So heres the deal. I just got offered an internship with Kraft for next fall. I'd be in one of four locations--Madison, WI, Glenview, IL (basically Chicago), East Hanover, NJ or Tarrytown, NY (which are both about 20 miles from NYC). Pay is awful nice, more than double what I've ever made at any other job. BUT, the catch is I'm still waiting to hear back from another company, ConAgra, who's situated in Irvine, CA, which is right outside LA, about 10 miles from Laguna Beach for you MTV soap opera addicts. Where do I fit in best? Pay is about the same--a little less than Kraft, and I'll probably have more opportunity to travel with Kraft, but thats about it. Any insider tips? Any thoughtfelt recommendations? Any relatives who live in the area that rent cheap apartments? Help me out here folks.
